Thank you for visiting The Green Manor

The following are some of the policies and practices we have in place that allow us to keep cost down and to ensure everyone is treated with respect and understanding.

Our policies:

General 

  • We automatically add 18% gratuity to parties of 8 or more.
  • If you call and we do not answer, we are more than likely with guests in the restaurant. We do not have office staff during the hours we are open for lunch so please leave a message and we will get back with you as soon as possible. 
  • Loyalty cards are available to our regular To-Go customers and are marked one time per visit.

Reservations

  • We do not make same day reservations on Sunday.
  • Reservations are required for Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and Thanksgiving regardless of how many people are in your party.
  • If you have a reservation we will release your tables if you are not here within 20 minutes of your reserved time.
  • Other than holidays, we do not accept reservations for parties less than 8 people. 

Not Allowed 

  • Disrespectful and rude behavior. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that is disrespectful or rude to other guests or our staff.
  • We do not allow open flame decorations other than temporary birthday candles
  • Nothing may be adhered to any wall or surface
  • No helium filled balloons are allowed inside the facility at any time. We will allow the large number balloons that are filled with helium.
  • No Confetti is allowed
  • No Glitter is allowed
  • No outside food other than a specialty cake is allowed. ANY cake that is remaining must leave the restaurant in the original container it was purchased in. There cannot be any take out containers, wraps, foils, etc. provided by the host, the guests, or the restaurant. There are NO exceptions to this rule. It is the responsibility of the person bringing the cake in to inform the guests of this policy.
  • No food can be taken our of the restaurant without being boxed, weighed and charged at the current rate per pound. It is the responsibility of the host to inform their guests of this policy and to let them know that take out is offered if paid for separately from the dine in meal.
  • No take out food can be eaten within the restaurant.
  • Any sparkling cider or alcohol must be provided by Green Manor. There will be no outside alcohol permitted in the restaurant or on the grounds.

Allowed for saturday events and weddings 

  • DJ service or portable speaker/music
  • Photographer and/or photo booth
  • Balloon arches
  • Own Centerpieces or table decorations
  • Own table linen/runners if color other than white is desired
  • Chair covers and sashes

Available for use 

  • Projector screen. *We do NOT have projection equipment. Please keep in mind that the Magnolia Room has many windows and is usually bright during daylight hours. Even with the blinds closed it can be hard to see what is projected onto the screen. It is best if your projector has the ability to darken the contrast. Please also note that the projector will need to be placed towards the center of the room which may limit seating at certain tables.
  • Podium
  • Portable Bluetooth speaker
  • Two wireless microphones
  • Piano
  • WIFI *Please note that due to the thickness of the brick walls some guests may experience issues with connectivity. Please prepare accordingly if you have a specific need for WIFI capabilities.
  • Full Service Bar (bar is located downstairs from the main dining rooms. *We do not have a bartender on staff at all times. A 75.00 bartender fee is required for events.
  •  Sparkling Cider
  • Champagne Toast

Please note

  • Please note that when renting our venue for weddings, parties, business luncheons, or any other events, the rental fee does not include decorations, chair slip covers, colored linens (white linens only), or other decorative items. Our venue provides only the space decorated as is and any additional services specifically listed in the rental agreement.
  • If time has been approved for any setup prior to your event please note that anyone who is not actively involved in the setup will not be allowed in the restaurant until the start of your event. The doors will not open until the start of your event or our opening time. Please let your guests know to wait in their vehicles if the weather does not permit them waiting on the front porch. We know it gets hot and cold, but we cannot allow guests in the restaurant ahead of the scheduled time for any reason.
