Special Events are only held on Saturdays

Regardless what the occasion, we are ready to make your event as memorable as we possibly can. From our Southern Charm to our well manicured grounds The Green Manor staff will make every effort to allow you to enjoy your event and leave all the challenges to us.

Our experienced staff can handle small groups to very large groups, from appreciation dinners to birthdays, graduations to weddings and all events in between. Please view the following pages and feel free to call us with any additional questions or to schedule your next event!

On Saturday, we only open for special events such as weddings, family reunions, birthday celebrations, anniversary dinners, etc.  The following information is for hosting an event on a Saturday, except for weddings and wedding receptions which fall into a different category. 

The price for a Saturday event is:

$200 Site Fee plus

$1800 which includes your all-you-care-to-eat buffet, non-alcoholic beverages, taxes, and gratuity for up to 40 adults. 

Additional guests will be charged the following:

Adults 13 & up:  $42.50
Children ages 4-12:  $20.00
Children ages 0-3:  Free

Saturday events are booked in four (4) hour time slots with an additional 30 minute time window prior to your reservation for any set up. You can choose to use your 4 1/2 hour time frame in any manner you desire meaning if you want to use a full hour for your set up and only 3 1/2 hours for your event that is just fine. You can also choose to add additional time at a rate of $100.00/hour.  You will choose between lunch and dinner hours. Lunch hours are as follows: 11am-3pm, 12pm-4pm, or 1pm-5pm. Dinner hours are as follows: 5pm-9pm or 6pm-10pm. When booking a dinner event, the earliest set up time starts at 4:30pm. 

You will choose what time you want the buffet to be ready for your guests. The buffet will remain available and replenished up to 45 minutes prior to your event ending time at which time it will be pulled and guests will no longer have access to the buffet for dining in or taking food out.

Please note that when renting our venue for weddings, parties, business luncheons, or any other events, the rental fee does not include decorations, chair slip covers, colored linens (white linens included), or other decorative items. Our venue provides only the space decorated as is and any additional services specifically listed in the rental agreement.
